
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Courtroom is all set to listen to a plea that seeks an investigation, which shall be monitored by the highest courtroom, into the allegations levelled in opposition to Gautam Adani by US-based quick vendor Hindenburg Analysis in its report.
The Supreme Courtroom has agreed to listen to the plea on Friday (February 10), which seeks route to the Centre to type a panel, monitored by a retired Supreme Courtroom decide, to inquire and examine into the Hindenburg Analysis report, which levelled a slew of allegations in opposition to Gautam Adani.
Advocate Vishal Tiwari, the petitioner, talked about the matter earlier than Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice PS Narasimha, and Justice JB Pardiwala, on Thursday (February 9), for pressing itemizing.
