The European Fee proposed on Nov. 10 two motion plans to deal with the deteriorating safety state of affairs following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine to bolster cyber defence and to permit armed forces to maneuver sooner and higher throughout borders, as NATO warns of rising cyber threats.
